The working process between ATT Vietnam and hanger customers includes the following steps:
Step 1: Receive customer requests and quote prices
Possessing a team of professional consultants, we receive information quickly and accurately advise customers on their questions. Quotations will be made based on the following criteria: cheapest cost, fastest progress and best quality.
Step 2: Prepare mold design drawings according to drawings or available sample products provided by customers
After discussing with customers, our technical team will create the most accurate mold design drawing based on the product parameters.
Step 3: Agree with the customer on the mold design plan
The mold design drawing will be given to the customer for approval and editing (if any) according to the customer’s request before proceeding with mold making.
Step 4: Machining the mold
Step 5: Test the mold and perfect the mold to produce the best product
The product mold testing process will go through 1-2-3 tests with customers and the company’s QC team to produce the best quality mold that fully meets customer requirements.
Step 6: Processing plastic injection according to the quantity ordered by customers
Step 7: Check product quality
Step 8: Delivery and acceptance

In July 2024, ATT had the honor to welcome Japanese customers to visit and work at ATT on the project of exporting coat hangers to the Japanese market with expected output: 2,000,000 products/month.
