Every year, most businesses organize health check-ups for their employees because this is an essential activity that brings numerous benefits to both the employees and the company.

Regular company health check-ups for employees hold significant importance for businesses:

2. ATT Health Check-ups for Employees

During this year’s health check-up campaign, the company organized examinations for nearly 100 employees across various departments. The health check-ups included the following assessments: measurement of height, weight, and chest circumference; specialized examinations in areas such as ophthalmology, otolaryngology, dentistry, neurology, psychiatry, circulation (pulse, blood pressure, heart), respiratory system, digestive system, urinary and reproductive systems, surgery, dermatology, breast examination, and cervical cancer screening (for female employees). These check-ups were conducted by doctors from the Quoc Oai District Medical Center.

The examination results will be stored by the company for record-keeping and copies will be provided to each individual. All information regarding the health status of employees will be kept confidential. In cases where employees are unable to participate in the health check-up according to the scheduled plan, the company will arrange another session at the medical facility.

In addition to organizing annual health check-ups, the company also focuses on other employee benefits and policies, such as fully covering social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), and unemployment insurance (UI) contributions for employees, maintaining meal services, and providing nutritional drinks for staff in the production department. The company also ensures proper implementation of policies for visiting sick employees, providing support for life events, and organizing trips and retreats. These initiatives help employees feel secure in their roles, allowing them to stay committed and achieve the goals assigned to them.
