Compensation

• Base salary: 5,700,000 VND/month
• Overtime pay: 2,000,000 – 5,000,000 VND/month
• Productivity bonus: 2,000,000 – 5,000,000 VND/month
• Other allowances: 1,000,000 – 3,000,000 VND/month
• Total income: 13,000,000 – 18,000,000 VND/month
